Each class includes exercise review using the "show, tell, do method." The instructors demonstrate
or "show" the foundation movements and related exercises, demonstrate the correct teaching of the exercises
and students then perform the exercises. The students then pair-up and teach each other the exercises under the supervision
of the instructors. Exercises are performed on Reformer, Cadillac or Trapeze Table and Pilates Chair in each class. By doing
so you will understand how each individual exercise is performed on different equipment and why that makes a difference. The
exercise series are reviewed in class as well, building from beginner to intermediate to advanced as the class continues
to progress.
