Our Instructors

Body College Pilates Instructors have completed extensive hands-on-training and course work in the Pilates Method of conditioning and fitness. Every Body College trainer is Pilates Method™ Certified.
Only Certified Trainers have passed through the rigorous program of practical training and theory established by Joseph Pilates himself. Certified Trainers will maximize your workout and results while reducing the possibility of injury.
Certification means you can be confident that we know what we're doing, and you will gain the benefits from our years of training and expertise.
The average teaching experience of Body College instructors is eight years within the Pilates method. This means you can trust your instructor to deliver a safe and effective workout utilizing Pilates and related functional fitness concepts.
We provide continuing education for instructors at Body College because we know there is always more to learn.
